Women's College Flag Football Teams
Women's collegiate flag football has continued to grow in popularity since the first NAIA teams began competing in 2021. The map below shows all the known club and varsity teams that will compete during the spring 2026 season of the 2025-26 academic year. If a club or varsity team is missing from the map below, please let us know!
The interactive graphic below includes all affiliations with the ability to choose all teams or an individual governing body. We have also provided individual pages for each affiliation with additional context and separated them into NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, and schools outside the NCAA/NAIA.
Please note that club teams are included, however, very few club teams have a dedicated page on their school's athletic website. We would like to provide as much information as possible for club and varsity programs, so please reach out if any team is missing or to provide corrections. We've also provided a list of future women's flag football teams for reference.
For the 2026 spring season, there will be at least five NCAA conferences: the CIAA (NCAA D-II), Conference Carolinas (NCAA D-II), Atlantic East (NCAA D-III), Empire 8 (NCAA D-III), and the United East (NCAA D-III). The NAIA will have the Great Southwest, Kansas Collegiate (KCAC), and Sun Conferences competing during the 2026 season. Two Junior College conferences will compete in 2026 with the Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) and the Alabama Community College Conference (ACCC).
