NAIA Women's College Flag Football Teams

The NAIA was the first collegiate governing body to compete in flag football in 2021. Two NAIA conferences compete in flag football: the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) and the Sun Conference. Ottawa University (KS) has dominated on the national stage, winning all five NAIA flag football titles, and all five have come at the expense of the Sun Conference. The 2025-26 academic year will see plenty of independent teams, including a handful of teams located in Arizona and California. A list of all the NAIA teams can be found below the map.
