2026 NIRSA Champions Crowned

The NIRSA National Championships took place on the campus of Rice University in Houston, Texas, last week. Champions were determined in four divisions: Co-rec, men's, women's, and unified. In the unified division, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln emerged victorious over Mississippi State University. It was Nebraska's third overall title in the division and first since 2022.

In the men's division, it was Georgia College and State University reclaiming the top spot. GCSU previously won titles in 2019, 2022, and 2023, giving them a fourth title in six seasons. The women's title was a showdown of the only two schools to win the NIRSA women's division since 2013. The University of Florida bested the University of Central Florida to win its fourth consecutive title.
